Entry Requirements
Language requires a total of no less than 6 and no less than 5.5 for individual items; or a total of no less than 79 for TOEFL, with hearing 17, reading 18, speaking 20, writing 17. National lecturers who teach English at the master's stage may apply for a language exemption. The academic background requires the applicant to have a master's degree in physics, medical engineering or related specialties, and to achieve a level above the British academic level (Lawer Second Class) or equivalent international standards.
Application Materials
The academic curriculum vitae study proposal 2 covers all previous report cards
Application Period
Applications are accepted throughout the year. The application process is as follows: first step: Sign up for the second stage of the internal evaluation of the English curriculum vitae, and, following the initial screening, interview with the intended mentor, and submit the formal application and related materials for the fourth step through the York University Network.
Programme Structure and Funding
The project mentors are actively involved in interdisciplinary research in molecular biology (bacterial research), quantum physics (super-fast photology, spectroscopy, etc.) and clinical trials (cancer tissues/patients, animals, corpses and simulators-based tests) and have been working to combine interdisciplinary research results with robotic technology research.1Research direction: smart medicine and bioengineering techniques, optical imaging and medical imaging analysis, new materials and interdisciplinary medical applications. The application is open to students with a master's degree in physics, medicine and mechanical engineering.
